Yes. EMS uses FDA-cleared, low-frequency electrical impulses — the same technology used in physiotherapy clinics for decades. Every session is supervised 1-to-1 by Anabell, a certified EMS trainer. The intensity is always adjusted to your comfort level. EMS is not recommended for people with pacemakers, during pregnancy, or with certain medical conditions — Anabell will review your health status before your first session.
1–2 sessions per week is the optimal frequency for EMS training. Because EMS activates nearly all your muscle fibres simultaneously, your muscles need 48–72 hours to fully recover between sessions. Training more than twice per week is not recommended and will not produce better results — EMS is designed for less frequency, more intensity.
Most clients feel a difference after their very first session — increased muscle activation, warmth throughout the body and a sense of having worked hard. Visible changes in muscle tone and body composition typically begin within 4–6 weeks, with more significant transformation by the end of the 8-week programme.
All equipment is provided as part of your package — including the EMS unit, your personal EMS suit, electrodes and all accessories. A deposit is required before ordering the suit. All you need is comfortable workout clothing and a small clear space (about 2×2 metres).
