Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EMS Mobile Fitness services provided by Anabell Santin Herrera, a sole trader operating in Luton and surrounding areas, United Kingdom. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

EMS Mobile Fitness provides mobile Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) personal training sessions. Sessions are delivered at a location agreed between the client and trainer (client’s home, garden, or other agreed outdoor/indoor space within the service area). The trainer brings all required EMS equipment to each session.

Bookings and Payments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or our website contact form.
  • Payment terms and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Packages must be paid in full before sessions begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows may be charged at full session rate.
  • EMS Mobile Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to trainer illness, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

Health and Safety

  • EMS training is not suitable for everyone. You must complete a health questionnaire and receive clearance before your first session.
  • EMS is contraindicated for individuals with certain medical conditions including (but not limited to): pacemakers, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, or implanted metal devices. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information.
  • You must inform the trainer of any changes to your health status before each session.
  • You train at your own risk. EMS Mobile Fitness shall not be liable for any injury arising from failure to disclose relevant health information.

Liability

EMS Mobile Fitness carries appropriate public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the session(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: April 2026
